They are not quotes, they are not survey results from named practices, and they are not a prediction of what you personally will be charged anywhere.
Fees shown for this practice are its published fees for the scope described. The fee that applies to you is the one issued to you in writing after an assessment, and that written fee overrides anything on this site.
Treatment outcomes vary
