Your quote is a real figure. The clinic fee is the published one. Only the travel line is modelled, and it is deliberately mid-range rather than optimistic.

What the quote actually covers
Implant quotes are the worst offender. Some include the abutment and the crown, some price only the fixture and invoice the rest months later, when you are committed and the tooth is already out.
What is missing from it
Extractions, grafts, gum treatment and temporaries are routinely left off a headline figure. If your photographs suggest something is going to be needed, you are told before you decide, not after.
Whether the fee is normal for where you live
Some quotes are high for the market. Plenty are perfectly fair. Knowing which one you are holding is worth more than any discount.
Whether the plan itself is the right one
Sometimes the cheaper answer is a different treatment, not a cheaper version of the one you were sold. A bridge instead of two implants. Aligners before veneers. That opinion is free and it is not conditional on you travelling.
